first spartan training session

The first ever 300 workout session is done. I had the honour of training with GY, and I believe this is the first step on the path of physical absolution. I am minimally proud of myself, and there is much room for improvement.

The nitty-gritties are as follow:

1.2km run for warmup

Pullups x 25

Squats x 50

Crunches x 50

Box jumps x 50

Dips x 50

Sideway crunches x 50 (each side)

Pullups x 25

Diamond pushups x 50

Leg raises x 50

Pushups x 50

Jumping jacks x 50 (4 counts each)

Wide-arm pushups x 50

Crunches x 50

I hope the aching is minimal tomorrow.
