Increased the number of reps by introducing a new exercise, the log lift, which trains the biceps. Shifted exercises around to increase stress on body and reduce the forming of muscle memory. Pullup section was done better than previously, hoping to improve and do better during tomorrow’s session. However I need to ensure that I do not injure my upper body; IPPT is round the corner.

Pullups x 25

Floorwipers x 50

Dips x 50

Box jumps x 50

Crunches x 50

Squats x 50

Pullups x 25

Floorwipers x 50

Diamond pushups x 50

Crunches x 50

Pushups x 50

Log lifts (the heaviest one) x 50
