Victory HopDevil Ale

Pour: very thick frothy yellowish head. Dark amber hazey body.
Nose: Typical American pale ale smells. Malt, grapefruit, citrus, floral notes.
Palate: Rising hops and slight spice like pepper, but remains light and clean on the palate. Citrus notes remain pronounced, with a light malty aftertaste. Light lingering hop finish with slight spice.

This is a delicious brew that is ostensibly all about the hops. The water is, as usual, really magical. Really good example of a well-brewed IPA.
